These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of weareastral.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from We Are Astral (“We Are Astral,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

3) Products, availability, and accuracy
We try to display product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurately. We may correct errors (including pricing errors) and update information at any time without prior notice.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion to the extent permitted by law.
4) Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree that:

Your billing and shipping information is accurate.
Your order is not accepted until it is confirmed/processed. We may cancel or refuse orders in certain cases (for example: suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors).
5) Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (to the extent permitted by law), unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.
6) Returns, exchanges, and refunds

7) Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions (if and when offered) may have additional terms and may be changed or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined and are not valid on past purchases.
8) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs) is owned by We Are Astral or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
9) User content (if you submit reviews/comments)
If you submit content (such as reviews, comments, or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for our business purposes (for example: marketing and product pages), subject to applicable law. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are Astral will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of products.
In any case, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Are Astral from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you may have additional mandatory rights under local consumer protection laws.
16) Dispute resolution
Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@weareastral.com and we’ll try to resolve it.
To the extent permitted by law, any legal action relating to these Terms will be brought in the courts located in Delaware, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the Effective date above.
18) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
19) Entire agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, form the entire agreement between you and We Are Astral regarding the Site and purchases.
