We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations work for purchases made at We Are Astral through https://www.weareastral.com.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (when applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Digital downloads

• Made-to-order / custom items (including custom sizing)

• Personal care / wellness items once opened or used (if applicable)

• Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@weareastral.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/defective or we made an error.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We Are Astral is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, email support@weareastral.com. Exchanges are subject to stock/availability. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. After that, you’ll need to follow the return process once the order is delivered.
